Who We Are
We are one of the few, completely wood fired bakery in Pennsylvania. Our goal is to make 100% authentic products. We import our Italian products DOP so that you can experience them to their true potential. We also partner with local PA farms to bring you a selection of wheats and cheeses to help support local business.
For our breads we use only stone ground flour from our partners at Weatherbury Farm in Avella, PA. The wheat is grown and ground at their farm. The result is just an amazing organic flour that tastes as good as it sounds.
All of our doughs are created using a pre-ferment (mother yeast) so that it can be the most nutritious and digestible dough possible. It adds a certain flavor that commercial yeasted doughs do not offer. It is a process we are proud of and are always improving daily.
